Any orders may be cancelled without reason within seven days from the date they were ordered and a full refund will be given.

If your order has already been despatched the cost of delivery will be deducted when the refund that is given unless items are deemed faulty. You will be liable for return postage unless the item is deemed faulty.Please note. This also applies on free postage orders as we have to pay for delivery!

Any un-used and un-opened items may be exchanged for other goods within the thirty days of purchase.

Defective Products

If you are returning a defective item please include a note stating what is wrong with the product along with all original packaging, manuals etc for a replacement. It may take up to 30days for a replacement to be issued although this generally is not the case. Any items that are deemed not faulty will simply be returned to you.
